Summer Reading Club- 10:30-12 noon

The Summer Reading Club is held at the John MacIntosh Hall during the summer months in place of the Homework Club that runs the rest of the year. Here are the dates, also at the John Mac:

Then we have three dates, which we will be at the Piazza doing various events to raise awareness and money:

Family Fun Day Fete Saturday 6th September

This year like in the past two years New Life Church will be holding a Family Fun Day Fete at the back of the Piazza and have decided that the GDSG will be one of the recipients of the money they raise and invited us to put up a stall about dyslexia on Saturday 6th September

Edible Art Competition Thursday 29^th May 2008

Prize giving and coffee morning - 10 a.m. - Garrison Library

A hugely popular event raising over GBP 500 for the charity and well published in the local media e.g. GBC and the Gibraltar Chronicle. Many members contributed with their creative baking.

Many thanks for Marks & Spencers for the great prizes.

A rafflle was also held with generous prices from Crown Pharmacy, Rosabella, BIA and others.
